Booking an Appointment

We understand that seeking help for yourself or a loved one can feel difficult. Our aim is to make the process as straightforward as possible.

Appointments can take place in person or virtually.

If You Have Been Referred

  • Your healthcare professional may suggest a consultant at Maudsley Private Care, or you can choose a consultant yourself.

  • You will be offered the soonest available appointment.

  • It is helpful (but not essential) to have a referral letter from your GP or private doctor.

  • Please provide any relevant medical history or reports in advance – our team will advise on the best way to send these.

  • If self-funding your treatment, payment will be required in advance of your appointment.

If You Are Self-Referring

If you are seeking assessment or treatment for yourself or someone you care about, please contact our Patient Care Team to arrange an appointment. A brief medical history may be requested to support your consultation.
